• Human Design Data: birth date, time, and location entered by users (used only for generating personal charts, not publicly disclosed).
• Compatibility Chart Data: compatibility chart results generated when users choose to share.
• Payment Information: processed through third-party payment platforms (such as Tide, Wise, Stripe), with complete payment data not stored on MetaVie servers.

2. Purpose of Data Use

We use your data to:

• Provide Human Design and compatibility chart analysis services.
• Optimize user experience and improve features.
• Support sharing and social dissemination functions (only with user consent).
• Fulfill legal and compliance obligations (such as financial records, tax reporting).

3. Sharing and Disclosure Mechanism

Default Privacy: Personal charts and compatibility data are visible only to the user by default.

User Consent: When users check "Share Compatibility Chart", the relevant results will be marked as public.

Scope of Disclosure: Public content is limited to compatibility chart results and does not include private information such as birthplace or birth time.

Right to Withdraw: Users can withdraw sharing at any time, and the system will immediately cancel public access.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement the following security measures:

• Encrypted database (PostgreSQL) for storing user data.
• Servers hosted with cloud providers compliant with GDPR/UK DPA requirements (such as Vultr).
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
• Regular security audits and backups.
• Firewall and SSH tunneling for server access.

• Google Analytics Data Sharing
• We use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and improve our services. Data collected through Google Analytics (including visits, events, device information, etc.) is used solely for statistical and analytical purposes. In accordance with the Google Analytics Terms of Service, this data may be shared with Google in the following situations:
• - To improve Google products and services (such as demographic and interest reporting when Google Signals is enabled)
• - To participate in anonymized industry benchmarking analysis
• - Access by Google Technical Support when necessary to troubleshoot technical issues
• - Access by Google Optimization Specialists, with authorization, to provide configuration and analytics recommendations
• All shared data is aggregated or anonymized information and does not contain personally identifiable information. We do not provide users' personal privacy information to Google. The processing of user data follows the Google Analytics Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and complies with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, etc.).

5. Third-Party Services

MetaVie uses the following third-party services:

• Payment & Finance: Stripe, Tide, Wise, GlobePay.
• Accounting & Compliance: Xero.
• Identity Authentication: TikTok OAuth, Google, Apple, Microsoft login.

These services have their own privacy policies, which users must also comply with when using them.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request to view the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (within legal limits).
• Right to Restriction of Processing: Request restriction of our data processing.
• Right to Data Portability: Request export of your data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

7. Data Retention Period

• Account Information: Deleted within 12 months after account cancellation.
• Human Design & Compatibility Data: Deleted immediately after users withdraw sharing or cancel their account.
• Financial Records: Retained for at least 6 years as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

MetaVie is not intended for users under 16 years of age. If we discover that a minor is using our services, we will immediately delete the relevant data.

9. International Users

MetaVie is designed for a global audience. We comply with GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and other relevant frameworks. Data may be transferred across borders with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our official website, and users will be notified when necessary.
