Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

MetaVie Ltd (“MetaVie”, “we”, “us” or “our”) develops and operates OddLab. By using OddLab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

OddLab turns the birth details you choose to enter into Human Design charts and entertainment-led self-exploration material. Features may include Initial Exploration, Deep Exploration, chart visuals, narration and locally rendered videos. Features can change as we develop the product.

2. Entertainment and Personal Reflection

OddLab is an entertainment and self-reflection product. Human Design, generated copy, illustrations, narration and video are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, relationship or other professional advice. They do not diagnose, predict outcomes or make decisions for you. Use your own judgement and seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Your Account and Chart Data

You may sign in with Apple to use account-backed features. Birth details and chart labels are primarily stored in your own App; our servers process the minimum information needed to calculate a chart, prepare an exploration or complete a service request. You must only enter information that you are entitled to use.

You may delete your OddLab account in the App. This removes the association between your OddLab account and Apple sign-in; it does not delete your Apple ID or cancel purchases handled by Apple.

4. Credits, Memberships and Purchases

Some explorations consume Credits. The applicable Credit cost and your balance are shown before a service begins. Credits are digital access units, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are not a stored-value payment instrument.

Memberships include a stated number of Initial and Deep Explorations for each subscription month. These allowances reset at the relevant subscription-month boundary, do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for Credits or money. When an allowance is unavailable, an exploration may instead use Credits if your balance covers the stated cost.

Credit packs and memberships may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe, where available. The applicable provider determines price, tax, billing terms and subscription-management flow. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant provider at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Provider records and our server verification determine whether a purchase, renewal, refund or revocation is recognised.

5. Service Requests and Generated Material

When you confirm an exploration, we reserve the relevant Credit charge or subscription-month allowance and prepare the report, narration and render manifest. Some stages are asynchronous. If a report or narration must be retried, we aim to resume the same request rather than charging again. A completed service request can remain available for local video rendering on your device.

Generated material may contain errors, incomplete interpretations or unavailable assets. We may limit, delay, retry, replace or decline a request where necessary for reliability, security, cost control, legal compliance or misuse prevention.

6. Videos, Downloads and Sharing

Videos rendered in the App may be saved to your device and shared by you. You remain responsible for any post, caption, platform choice and audience. Do not use our service to harass, impersonate, expose private information about, or make harmful claims about another person.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not interfere with the service, bypass limits or payment controls, probe or access systems without permission, use automation to generate abusive volume, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use OddLab for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful activity.

8. Our Content and Your Licence

MetaVie, OddLab, our software, designs, prompts, chart presentation, logos and service materials remain owned by MetaVie Ltd or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use completed material for your own lawful personal use and sharing. You may not resell, scrape, reproduce at scale, train a competing system on, or remove notices from the service or its materials without written permission.

9. Availability and Liability

We work to keep OddLab available and useful, but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular interpretation, compatibility outcome, download availability or that every request will produce the same result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms when the service, law or our operations change. The current version is published here and applies from its stated update date. We may discontinue features or terminate access where reasonably necessary. You may stop using OddLab at any time and delete your account through the App.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Questions, support requests or legal notices may be sent to:
